Child Safety Policy

Effective date: October 20, 2026

Emily is an adults-only social communication service. Success Exhibition Limited does not permit a person under 18 to create or use an Emily account. This Policy explains how we prevent, respond to, and report child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Do not download, copy, save, forward, or email suspected CSAM. Use Emily’s report controls or the official reporting resources below and preserve only the information needed to make a safe report.

1. Scope and age rule

Emily is published on Google Play under the developer name SuccessExpo and operated by SUCCESS EXHIBITION LIMITED. The service is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. We use age declarations and reasonable safety signals to apply this rule, but no age gate can guarantee that every person provides truthful information.

If we reasonably suspect that an account belongs to a minor, we may restrict access, remove content, close the account, preserve a limited safety record, and notify an appropriate authority where required.

2. CSAE and CSAM are prohibited

Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) includes grooming, sexual solicitation, sexual extortion, trafficking, sexualized contact with a minor, or using a child for sexual content or activity. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) includes any visual or other material that depicts or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child.

Emily prohibits requesting, creating, offering, sharing, storing, promoting, or helping another person obtain CSAM or CSAE. This includes attempts to move a minor to another app, pressure a child to send sexual content, threaten to release intimate material, or evade an age or safety restriction.

3. Reporting and blocking

Use the in-app report and block controls when available. You can also submit a concern through the Safety Center feedback form or contact the child-safety contact below. Include the account identifier, relevant dates, and a clear description. Do not attach, download, or send suspected CSAM. We may request a safe reference or location instead.

Reports may be reviewed by authorized personnel and service providers. We may preserve relevant evidence, remove or restrict content, block accounts, limit features, terminate access, and escalate to law enforcement or a qualified reporting organization. A report does not guarantee a particular result or immediate response.

4. Review and cooperation

We use procedures designed to identify suspected child exploitation, prioritize urgent risks, protect evidence, restrict access, and prevent repeat abuse. Where required by law or appropriate to a serious risk, we may report to a competent authority and cooperate with lawful investigations. We do not promise that automated or human review will identify every violation.

Users must not investigate, confront, threaten, or publicly identify a suspected offender. Do not share a child’s private information or expose a report to the person accused.

5. External reporting resource

Users in the United States may report suspected online child sexual exploitation to the NCMEC CyberTipline (external official reporting website). Other users should contact their local law-enforcement or child-protection authority where appropriate. A global report is not automatically sent to one organization.

6. Contact and updates

Our designated child-safety contact is Lily. For a child-safety concern, use the child-safety email route and include only information needed to locate the account or event. Do not send suspected CSAM or unnecessary sensitive material.
