Terms of Use

1. Agreement and operator

By downloading, accessing, or using Emily, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Child Safety Policy, the Account Deletion guide, and the Safety Center feedback rules. If you do not agree, do not access the service.

Emily is published on Google Play under the developer name SuccessExpo and operated by SUCCESS EXHIBITION LIMITED. The address and contact information appear below.

2. Account and truthful information

You are responsible for the account credentials and recovery method you control. Keep access codes private, use accurate information, and promptly tell us through the Safety Center or support email if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not impersonate another person, create an account for a minor, or use another person’s account without permission.

Emily may ask for proportionate information to protect an account, investigate abuse, or satisfy a legal or platform requirement. An age declaration is not a guarantee that every user is truthful.

3. Communication features

Emily may let users browse available profiles, exchange messages and selected media, send voice messages, and start or accept one-to-one audio or video communication. You choose what to send and to whom. Camera access supports video and media capture; microphone or audio access supports voice. Do not activate these features in a way that violates another person’s privacy or local law.

Emily does not promise a match, relationship, response, identity verification, compatibility, uninterrupted calls, or any particular result from another user’s behavior.

4. User content and permission

You keep ownership of content you submit, subject to the rights needed to operate the service. You grant Success Exhibition Limited a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable where legally required, royalty-free permission to host, process, reproduce, transmit, display, and review that content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, moderate, support, and improve Emily.

You promise that you have the rights and permissions needed for your content and that it does not violate law, another person’s rights, or these Terms. Do not send content you would not want another recipient to keep or preserve outside Emily.

5. Prohibited and unacceptable use

You must not use Emily to:

• harass, threaten, stalk, bully, extort, deceive, defraud, or target another person;
• share hate, unlawful threats, spam, malware, or instructions for criminal harm;
• impersonate a person, organization, or official service, or misrepresent age or identity;
• solicit sexual services, exploit anyone, share non-consensual intimate content, or endanger a child;
• download, request, store, copy, or distribute child sexual abuse material or facilitate child sexual abuse and exploitation;
• record, capture, or redistribute a call or private content without the required consent;
• probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or bypass security or access controls; or
• use Emily for an illegal purpose or to evade an account, age, safety, or enforcement restriction.

6. Reports, blocks, and enforcement

You can report or block another account through available in-app controls or submit a concern through the Safety Center. We may review relevant account, content, device, call-metadata, and report information. A report does not guarantee a particular result or immediate response.

Where reasonably necessary, we may warn, limit features, remove content, restrict communication, suspend, or terminate an account. We may preserve limited evidence, cooperate with authorities, and provide an appeal route where available. Suspension or termination does not erase information that must be retained for safety, fraud, disputes, or legal duties.

7. Purchases and billing

If Emily offers a digital purchase, Google Play may process payment credentials and show the applicable price, currency, renewal, and refund terms at checkout. We may receive a transaction ID, product, entitlement, purchase state, and refund information. You are responsible for reviewing the purchase screen and your Google Play settings.

Deleting an account does not automatically reverse a completed purchase or cancel a subscription managed by Google Play. Refunds and cancellation are handled under Google Play rules and applicable law. Emily does not promise that an unused entitlement can be restored after account deletion.

8. Intellectual property and changes

Emily’s software, names, logos, design, text, and other service materials belong to Success Exhibition Limited or its licensors. Except for the limited use allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, sell, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from them.

We may change, pause, or discontinue a feature when needed for safety, maintenance, law, or business operations. Where required, we will provide notice or a remedy. The current Terms show the effective date.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Emily is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties that are not required to be disclaimed, including uninterrupted availability, accuracy of user information, or suitability for a particular relationship or purpose. We do not guarantee that every harmful, unlawful, or misleading activity will be detected.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Success Exhibition Limited and its service providers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of Emily. Nothing here excludes a liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Deletion and contact
